BT Properties (BT Holding LLC / Bahria Town Properties) is the UAE arm of Asian developer Bahria Town, with over 30 years’ experience. It is developing major master-planned communities in Dubai, including the flagship project “Waada” and a gated master community in the Golf District of Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport. The head office in Dubai South Business Park was opened in January 2025. Projects feature villas, townhouses, apartments, modern amenities, sustainability elements, large open spaces and integrated community designs.
