Burlington Tower

Icon Tower is the latest residential project in Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. It consists of a variety of studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses catering to a wide range of preferences and needs. The tower's design prioritises the view, resulting in a linear shape that maximises waterfront vistas for all residences. Icon Tower will feature 300 apartments, spread across 17 residential levels. It will also include a podium level with a community swimming pool, a ground level with parking spaces and drop-off areas and two basement parking levels. The off-plan project on Yas Island will offer easy connectivity to the mainland areas.
