Khalid Bin Sultan City will be a comprehensive mixed-use development in Sharjah, providing a well-organised urban setting with accessible amenities and open areas. Developed by BEEAH Group, it spans seven distinct residential neighbourhoods, each centred around a plaza within a five-minute walking distance.
